Kathryn was admitted to practice as a solicitor in 1991 and holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Technology, Sydney and a Bachelor of Science and Diploma of Education (Hons) from the University of NSW.

Kathryn is a senior practitioner with extensive experience in litigation including Employment Law and Personal Injury litigation. Her experience extends to general commercial work including contract drafting, dispute negotiation and dispute resolution.

Kathryn has acted for and against large financial institutions and has experience in the NSW and Federal Industrial Relations Commissions, and the Fair Work Commission. Kathryn also has broad practical experience in the State and Federal jurisdictions at all levels including the NSW Supreme Court and the District and Local Courts.  Kathryn has significant experience in post-employment restraints disputes for both employers and employees.
